Leeza
Savinski- Chief Executive Officer
Leeza is an accomplished manager with a 15-year record of
achievement in project management, business process analysis
and design, and leading training organizations to support
technology change initiatives. She has successfully managed
teams responsible for business process re-engineering, as
well as the design, development and implementation of custom
training programs for enterprise applications.
Prior to starting FutureTech, Leeza was director of training
at an international training company, and was responsible
for managing the design, development and national implementation
of custom training programs for Fortune 500 clients. With
technical and management roots, Leeza’s strengths lie in her
ability to align technical solutions to business needs.
As the company's CEO, she has led the organization to receive many awards:

Leeza received a bachelor of business administration from
Bloomsburg University, and maintains an active schedule of
consulting, speaking and seminar facilitation. She currently
serves on the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Small
Business Board.

John D.
Mueller- President
John brings years of experience as an educator and administrator to FutureTech. During his 18 year tenure in public education, he performed numerous tasks in his roles of high school teacher, coach, athletic director and assistant principal. His duties included crisis communication and management, curriculum development, staff and teacher onboarding, observation and evaluation, as well as staff, parent and student counseling.
Joining the business world in 1998, John evolved into a much-in-demand corporate trainer, bringing with him the insight and skills acquired by a lifetime in education. Building on his training success, John moved into recruiting, sales, marketing and management, utilizing his natural skills to quickly develop as a corporate executive.
John received a Bachelor of Science in Education, with minors in Government and Politics and United States History from the University of Maryland in College Park. He has completed graduate work at Eastern Washington University and The University of the Pacific and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from
The George Washington University.

Charlie
McCurdy- Senior Consultant
Charlie, a senior communications and change management consultant, specializes in writing, instructional design, and web site, intranet and portal architecture and content. A member of FutureTech’s leadership team, he also helps identify new business opportunities. His clients include companies such as:
CEPHALON, INC., a global biopharmaceutical company with 2,600 employees in U.S.
Auditing internal communications and helping plan strategic approach to change communications around a year-long internal system launch.
ONEBEACON INSURANCE GROUP, a 4,000-employee family of companies selling specialty, personal and commercial insurance. Conducting change communications for the Adirondack Insurance Exchange, a soon-to-launch subsidiary in Buffalo, NY. Also helped conduct crisis communications focusing on the agent community of another subsidiary, NEW JERSEY SKYLANDS INSURANCE, in Basking Ridge, NJ.
ASTRAZENECA PLC, a global pharmaceutical company with 64,000 employees, about 12,000 of them in the US. Conducted communications for a two-year corporate project involving experimental sales models. Helped determine organizational impact of experiments; wrote final reports. Wrote and edited 60-page process document: Commercial Innovation, Adaptive Experiments 2003-2005.
Charlie has written content plans and taxonomy for employee portals for local, regional and global companies, including HealthCore, Inc., a health outcomes research subsidiary of Wellpoint, Inc.; Rohm & Haas, Inc., a 17,000-employee global manufacturer of specialty chemicals; C.R. Bard, Inc., an 8,000-employee medical device manufacturing company; and Covance, Inc., a 6,900-employee drug development services company. Prior to joining FutureTech, Charlie served as Communications Manager for a corporate project at a regional insurance company; Director of Content for the Investor Broadcast Network; Director of Internet Development for Tri-State Media, a subsidiary of Suburban Cable acquired by Comcast in 2000; and Executive Editor of t@ponline, a web site for college students. An award-winning journalist, he earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Music from Oberlin College and has taken graduate-level courses at Temple University. |

Logan
Sossman- Director, Organizational Communications
Logan is an experienced consultant in corporate and workplace communications and public relations. He specializes in developing and managing complex external and internal communication projects for Fortune 1000 companies and private entities. Experience includes significant projects communicating organizational change, mergers/acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Clients have included:

His work has garnered a number of industry awards including a PRSA Silver Anvil, LACP Silver Award and Gold SABRE Award for internal communications.Logan received a dual B.A. in Political Science/History from the University of Pittsburgh and a J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar.

Jo-Ann
McCausland- Director, Targeted Training
Jo-Ann directs all FutureTech online orientation projects from conception through completion, as well as strategic analysis, planning, and execution of a wide array of training products.
She has more than 30 years of training and management experience, including special projects in the retail, banking and services industries, most recently with Lockheed Martin and Galaxy Scientific Corporation. Jo-Ann also has project management and instructional design experience in government and the military.

Chris has been with FutureTech since 2000 and is responsible for the daily operations of the business. She
is the chief human resource officer for the company and is
experienced in all areas of operational management including
sales, marketing, corporate administration, accounting and contract management.
Chris is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
